High Street Capital (or “HSC”) is pleased to announce its investment in All About Concrete, LLC (“AAC” or the “Company”), in partnership with founder Nathan Frazier and the Company’s leadership.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Tomball, Texas, AAC is a turnkey provider of residential and commercial concrete services: planning, site preparation, precision pouring, and finishing. The Company provides its services broadly across the state of Texas, including major metro regions such as Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and beyond. Since its founding, AAC has scaled meaningfully across its Texas markets while building a workforce and customer base that includes the “who’s-who” of national and regional builders.

In this next chapter, the HSC investing and operating teams will work closely with the existing AAC team, which will remain in place, including CEO Nathan Frazier, COO Don Edwards, and the broader AAC organization to execute on the company’s growth plan, including growth into additional Texas markets, building organizational depth across sales, finance, and field operations, deepening AAC’s service offerings to its existing builder partners, and selectively pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions.

This acquisition represents High Street’s second platform investment for Fund VI.
