We are pleased to announce the sale of Bock & Clark Corporation, an Akron, Ohio-headquartered provider of commercial real estate due diligence services to Orchard Holdings Group, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based private investment firm. Established in 1973, Bock & Clark is the leading nationwide provider of ALTA surveys, land zoning services, environmental reports and property condition assessments. The company has offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma and California.
The sale of Bock & Clark marks the third exit this year for High Street Capital. “We faced a significant challenge early in our investment period with the impact of the Great Recession. We were fortunate to have such a strong management team who were able to guide us through this time while planting seeds for future growth.
