Massey Fair, a High Street Capital portfolio company, has completed its acquisition of Southern California-based Mulligan Sales, Inc. Massey Fair is a leading industrial food ingredient sales and distribution company. As a result of this acquisition, Massey Fair has expanded its geographic footprint and now has distribution centers in Atlanta, Dallas and Los Angeles.
